Michael Jackson’s former dermatologist, Arnold Klein, has made a claim for almost $50,000, for cosmetic medical procedures performed on the singer during the final months of his life, at the same time of the footage made into the movie “This Is It.”

Klein claims that the 179 procedures were all  legitimate medical treatments, and went on to say that Michael Jackson looked great, and that he (Klein) was in part, a major factor in the singer’s appearance due to his dedication and hard work.

The statement released about the bill submitted by Klein also details an expense for transportation by helicopter to provide services to Jackson.

Klein released an additional statement stating that he will be donating any money he gets for his claim to a charity for inner city kids with HIV.
